Cheyenne Mountain School district 12 is the primary district in this area and its schools consistently rate at or near the top of all schools in the state and the nation in academic achievement. Simply put, it is hard to find an area with better schools; anywhere! Most of the students here attend Cheyenne Mountain High School and Canon Elementary. The very exclusive and private Colorado Springs School is also located here.
