Crowned by the sandstone bluffs and green fields of Palmer Park City Park, the Palmer Park neighborhood offers nice, affordable homes that are central to area amenities. Homes here range from below $100,000 up to the mid 200's and typically have well manicured lawns and custom upgrades.
The highlight of the Palmer Park neighborhood is, of course, Palmer Park. Constitution Blvd borders the neighborhood to the south, and provides easy access to the Powers Corridor and Peterson AFB, just about fifteen minutes away.
Colorado Springs School District 11 serves the Palmer Park neighborhood. As the largest district in the city, D11 offers parents and Students the most academic choices in addition to a challenging and innovative curriculum. Most of the students here attend Wasson HS and enjoy sports at Garry-Berry stadium.
