With its close proximity to Powers Blvd, Village Seven is also just about ten to fifteen minutes from Peterson AFB; making it a great neighborhood for military Families. Fort Carson and the Air Force Academy are both fifteen to twenty minutes drive.
Colorado Springs School District 11 serves the Village Seven neighborhood. As the largest district in the city, D11 offers parents and Students the most academic choices in addition to a challenging and innovative curriculum. Schools in the area are Penrose and Rudy Elementary schools, Sabin MS and Doherty HS.
With its comfortable homes and close knit community; parks and open spaces, proximity to shopping, dining and entertainment areas as well as ease of access to military facilities and great schools; Village Seven is a great place to raise a family.
