One of the best kept secrets in Colorado Springs is the St. Andrews neighborhood. Centrally located, backed up to scenic Palmer Park, and next to the greens of Colorado Springs Country Club, not to mention the beautiful, spacious modern homes, St. Andrews is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the community. Homes in this area range from the mid 200's to over $600,000.
Location is everything and St. Andrews has one of the best locations in town. Backed right up to Palmer Park, many of these homes have some of the best trails in the region literally in their backyard. Whether mountain biking, hiking, taking a nature walk or just letting the dog run, Palmer Park is an ideal place to live close to.
There is also the Colorado Country Club, which has its roots sunk deep into the area's history. Originally a dairy farm, CSCC began with a nine hole golf course in the early 50's. Since then another nine holes have been built, and the club house has been updated to include a fitness center and massage therapy room. Also, with its three lakes, CSCC is proud to be a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
While St. Andrews is very centrally located, there are no major thoroughfares through the neighborhood. However; Union Blvd runs to the west and provides easy access to I-25 and the Air Force Academy via Fillmore St., as well as northeast to shopping, dining and entertainment on N. Academy.
Colorado Springs School District 11 serves the St. Andrews Neighborhood. As the largest District in the City; D11 strives to provide parents and students the best academic choices in the city. Most High School Students attend Wasson High School.
With beautiful homes, prime location with trails and golfing, easy access to amenities and excellent schools, St. Andrews invites you to be part of the secret.
